# Designprint — Full Documentation > Designprint turns a flat file — a JPG, PNG, PDF, or SVG of a flyer, business > card, or postcard — into a fully editable design, and runs as an online print > shop that prints and ships in the US. This is the complete single-file corpus. > Per-page markdown is available by appending `.md` to any URL or sending the > header `Accept: text/markdown`. Index: https://thedesignprint.com/llms.txt --- # Home — Turn any flat file into an editable design Upload a flyer, business card, or postcard you only have as a JPG, PNG, or PDF. Get back a fully editable design, print-ready at exact size. ## Upload a flat file. Get a design you can actually edit. Drop in a JPG, PNG, or PDF of a flyer, card, or postcard. Every photo, headline, logo, and QR code comes back as its own layer, ready to move, recolor, or replace and export at exact print size and 300 DPI. ## Your design already exists. The file you can edit doesn't. It looked great when it was printed. Now the only copy you have is a flattened JPG sitting in your downloads, the person who designed it has moved on, and there are no layers left to touch. But you need to change one date, fix a phone number, drop in this year's photo. The print shop won't take a screenshot, and paying someone to rebuild it from scratch costs more than the job is worth. That's the gap we close. ## How it works — three steps, no rebuilding from scratch 1. Upload your file. Any flat image or PDF. A photo of a card, a scan, a screenshot, an old export. Front and back together or separate. 2. We rebuild it, layer by layer. Every word transcribed and editable. Photos lifted straight from your file. Print size detected automatically. Usually under a minute. 3. Edit anything, export print-ready. Change the name, swap the photo, fix the phone number. Export a 300 DPI PDF with bleed that any print shop accepts. ## Stuck? A real designer steps in. Request help from inside the editor and a human designer reviews your file, fixes what needs fixing, and sends it back, usually within 2 to 3 hours. Available on the monthly Studio plan. ## Pricing — pay for designs, not seats - One design — $1.99 once: One flat file made fully editable. Print-ready PDF export with bleed. Yours to edit forever. - Studio — $29.99/month: 30 editable designs every month. Human designer support included. Resets monthly, cancel anytime. - Custom — let's talk: As many editable files as you need, delivered in the format you work in, with priority human designer turnaround. Any length works, from a single page to hundreds of pages. There is nothing to convert or set up. Upload the file as it is and we take it from there. Is my PDF kept private and secure? Yes. Your PDF is stored in a private, access-controlled location and used only to print your order. We never publish it, sell it, or share it. Uploads are encrypted, and payment is handled by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Do I need an account or a printer? No. You do not need your own printer, and you do not need an account. Check out as a guest with just an email for your receipt and shipping updates, or create an account if you would rather keep your orders in one place. How many copies can I order? As many as you need, from a single copy to large runs. We print every page of your PDF for each copy and mail them to you. How fast will I get my prints? Binding, stapling, and other finishing options are something we are actively working on adding. If you need a specific finish, email us and we will let you know where we are. What if something is wrong with my order? We print exactly what is in your PDF. If anything is wrong with your order when it arrives, email us and we will make it right. --- # Print Business Cards Online — upload your front & back, we print and ship them Upload your own business card design, front and back, as a PDF, JPG, or PNG. We print it on premium card stock and mail it to you anywhere in the US. Standard 3.5 × 2 in cards, flat per-card pricing, no account or design tool needed. ## Print business cards online. Upload yours, we print and ship. Bring your own business card design, front and back. We print in full color on premium 3.5 × 2 in card stock and deliver to your door. No design tool, no account, no software. Front & back, single or double-sided. Premium full-color card stock. Files kept private. ## Your artwork is private, every step of the way. We keep your card artwork in a private, access-controlled location and use it only to print your order. We never publish it, sell it, or share it. Uploads are encrypted in transit, and Stripe handles payment, so your card never touches our servers. Your design stays yours. ## How it works 1. Upload front and back. Drag in your business card artwork: a front, plus a back if your card is double-sided. PDF, JPG, or PNG, sized to a standard 3.5 × 2 in card. 2. Pick your quantity. Choose 100, 250, 500, or 1,000 cards, or type a custom amount. The full price, shipping included, is shown before you pay. 3. We print and ship. We print your cards in full color on premium stock and mail them to your door. Express delivery arrives in as little as two to three business days. ## Simple, upfront pricing. You pay a flat rate per card times the number of cards you order, plus shipping. Single-sided and double-sided cost the same per card. No setup fees, no plate charges, and no hidden minimums. You see the full total before you pay. ## Common questions What files do I upload? Upload your finished business card artwork: a front, and a back if your card is double-sided. We accept print-ready PDF, JPG, and PNG. You can upload two files, one per side, or a single two-page PDF where page one is the front and page two is the back. A front on its own is fine for a single-sided card. What size are the cards? We print the US standard business card size, 3.5 by 2 inches. Export your artwork at that trim size and we print it as-is. For the crispest result, supply 300 DPI artwork; if your design includes a background that runs to the edge, add a small bleed so nothing white shows after trimming. Can I print double-sided? Yes. Add a front and a back, as two files or as a single two-page PDF, and we print both sides. If you upload only a front, we print a single-sided card. The price per card is the same either way. Do I need an account or a design tool? No. You do not need an account and you do not need to design anything here. Bring artwork you already have. Check out as a guest with just an email for your receipt and shipping updates, or sign in if you would rather keep your orders in one place. How many cards can I order? Order in packs of 100, 250, 500, or 1,000, or type any custom amount above the minimum. You see the exact total, shipping included, before you pay. How much do business cards cost? Pricing is a simple flat rate per card times the number of cards you order, plus shipping. No setup fees, no plate charges, and no surprise minimums beyond the smallest pack. The full total is shown before you pay. What card stock do you print on? We print full color on premium coated card stock built to feel substantial in hand. If you need a specific finish or weight for a large run, email us before ordering and we will let you know what we can do. How fast will I get them? Standard delivery arrives in 5 to 7 business days, express in as little as 2 to 3 business days, and overnight by the next business day. You pick the speed at checkout and see the cost before you pay. --- # Print from Claude Add the Designprint connector to Claude and print anything you design in a chat — poster, invitation, flyer, or one-pager — shipped to your door. No downloads, no account. ## Print anything you design in Claude. Design a poster, invitation, flyer, or one-pager in a Claude chat, then print and ship it without leaving the conversation. No file downloads, no account — order as a guest and we handle the rest. ## Your connector link The Designprint MCP connector: https://designprint-connector.onrender.com/mcp Copy this, then open claude.ai/customize/connectors and follow the 5 steps below. Custom connectors are available on Claude paid plans (Pro, Max, or Team). ## Set it up in 5 steps You only do steps 1–2 once. After that, it's just "print this". 1. Open Claude's connector settings. In Claude, go to claude.ai/customize/connectors. Click the + next to "Connectors", then choose Add custom connector. 2. Paste the Designprint link. Name it designprint, paste the connector link into the URL box, and click Add. It connects instantly — no sign-up. 3. Design anything in a chat. Ask Claude to make a poster, invitation, business card, flyer, or any design. 4. Type "print this". A card appears right in the chat with a preview of your design, the print size, the quantity, and the price. 5. Order as a guest. Enter your email and shipping address, pick a quantity, and pay. We print it on quality stock and ship it to your door — no account needed. ## For agents The connector is a remote MCP server (streamable HTTP) at https://designprint-connector.onrender.com/mcp, exposing the print_design tool. Email: team@thedesignprint.com. Usually replies within a day. --- # Privacy policy (last updated June 2, 2026) This policy explains what information Designprint collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. In plain terms: we use your information to create, print, and ship your orders, and we never sell it. Who this applies to: This policy covers thedesignprint.com, our design tools and editor, our checkout, and the Designprint connector you can add to AI assistants like Claude. It applies whether you use Designprint with an account or as a guest. Information you give us: Account details (name and email if you create an account); order details (email, shipping name, address and phone number, product, size and quantity, and the contents of your order); designs and files you create, upload, or send through our connector; and messages you send by email or in support. Information collected automatically: Basic usage and device data to keep the site working and secure, and essential cookies to keep you signed in and run checkout, plus limited analytics and error-monitoring. We don't use cookies to sell your data. Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We receive a confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the last four digits and billing postal code) to manage and reconcile your order. How AI design generation works: When you ask Designprint to generate or refine a design, the prompt and brief you provide are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to produce the design. Please don't include sensitive personal information in prompts you wouldn't want processed this way. The connector and AI assistants: When you use the Designprint connector inside an AI assistant such as Claude and choose to print a design, the assistant sends us that design, and you provide your order and shipping details at our checkout. We receive the design and your order — not your AI assistant account, login, or other conversations. How we use your information: To create, print and ship your orders; send receipts and shipping updates; provide support; keep the service working, safe and fraud-free; and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your information, and we don't use your designs or files for anything other than running the service and fulfilling your orders. How designs and files are handled: Stored so we can produce your order and let you reorder; files you upload to print are kept in a private, access-controlled location. You can ask us to delete a design or file at any time, except where we need to keep limited records (such as completed-order and tax records). Who we share it with: Only with the service providers needed to run Designprint, and only what each needs — Stripe (payments); Supabase (database and file storage); Anthropic (AI design generation); Render and Vercel (hosting); print and shipping partners; and an email provider. We may disclose if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights and users. We do not sell your personal information. How long we keep it: Order and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal, accounting and tax obligations. Designs and files are kept so you can reorder, and removed on request where not required to retain them. Security: Reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and fix issues quickly. Your rights and choices: Ask what we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, or request a copy. Guests can do the same using the email on their order. Just email us. Children: Intended for users 18 and older; not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from children. Where data is processed: Designprint operates from the United States and your information is processed there. Using the service from another country implies consent to that processing. Changes: We may update this policy as the service evolves; the posted version is current and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed. --- # Terms of service (last updated June 2, 2026) These terms are the agreement between you and Designprint when you use our website, design tools, connector, or place an order. By using Designprint or placing an order, you agree to them. Who can use Designprint: You must be at least 18, or use it with a parent or guardian. On behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorized. What Designprint does: Helps you create designs in our editor or with AI, or bring in designs from elsewhere including AI assistants like Claude through our connector, then prints and ships them. We print the design as you approve it at checkout; we don't proofread, edit, or change your content. Your account: You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it; keep details accurate. You can also order as a guest with just an email. Your content and rights: You keep ownership of designs and files you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to store, render, reproduce and print that content solely to fulfill your order. You confirm you own or have permission to print everything you submit. Acceptable use: Don't create, upload or print anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, or that violates someone's privacy or IP. We may refuse, cancel, or remove orders or content that break these rules. AI-generated designs: A starting point that may contain errors or placeholder text; you're responsible for reviewing before ordering. We don't guarantee AI content is accurate, unique, or free of third-party rights. Using AI assistants and the connector: Your use of a third-party assistant such as Claude is governed by that company's terms. We're not affiliated with it. We only receive the design and order details you choose to send. Orders, pricing and payment: Prices shown in US dollars before you pay, including shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe; your order is confirmed once payment completes. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded. Printing, proofs and variations: We print as you approve at checkout — review size, content and options before paying; production can begin shortly after. Slight variations in color, trim and finish are normal and aren't defects. Shipping and delivery: We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees; we're not responsible for carrier delays outside our control. You must provide a correct, complete shipping address. Refunds and cancellations: Governed by our Refund policy — generally a full refund before printing starts, a partial refund once it has, and a full refund or reprint for damaged or defective orders. Intellectual property: The Designprint name, logo, website and software are ours. These terms don't grant rights to them beyond using the service. Your content remains yours. Disclaimers: Provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties to the extent allowed by law. We don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free service, or that AI results will meet expectations. Limitation of liability: To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Indemnity: You agree to cover us against claims arising from content you submit or print, or your misuse of the service. Suspension and termination: We may suspend or close accounts, or decline orders, that violate these terms or the law. Governing law: Governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Designprint operates; disputes handled in courts located there. Changes: We may update these terms; the posted version applies to your order at the time you place it, and the "last updated" date shows when it last changed. --- # Refund policy (last updated June 2, 2026) We want you to be happy with your order. Because our prints are made to order, the stage of your order determines the refund. Before we start printing: Cancel before production and you get a full 100% refund, no questions asked. Orders enter a print queue with a short window before printing begins — email us as soon as possible and we'll refund the full amount as long as printing hasn't started. After printing has started: Once in production, we can refund 30% of the order total — the paper, ink and machine time have already been spent. Because production can begin quickly, double-check your design, size, options and quantity before you pay. Mistakes in the file or details you provided: We print exactly what you approve at checkout, so errors in your own design, text, size or shipping address aren't covered once printing has started. Damaged or defective prints: If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right with a 100% refund or a free reprint, your choice. Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. Lost or undelivered shipments: If a tracked shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we'll work with the carrier for a reprint or refund. If delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge again to reship. What isn't refundable: Completed orders produced correctly to your approved design; shipping fees on delivered orders; and orders cancelled after production for reasons other than a defect (beyond the partial refund above). How to request a refund: Email us with your order number. For a damage or quality issue, include a photo and reach out within 7 days of delivery. How refunds are issued: Back to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear. --- # Agent integration - MCP server: https://designprint-connector.onrender.com/mcp — remote MCP connector (streamable HTTP) exposing the print_design tool. - MCP discovery manifest: https://thedesignprint.com/.well-known/mcp.json - Agent skill: https://thedesignprint.com/skill.md Contact: hi@thedesignprint.com
