Who can use Designprint

You must be at least 18, or use Designprint with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you use Designprint on behalf of a business, you confirm you’re authorized to do so.

What Designprint does

Designprint helps you create designs in our editor or with AI, or bring in designs you made elsewhere, including from AI assistants like Claude through our connector, and then prints and ships them to you.

We print the design as you approve it at checkout. We don’t proofread, edit, or change your content.

Your account

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity that happens under it. Please keep your details accurate. You can also order as a guest with just an email address.

Your content and the rights you give us

You keep ownership of the designs and files you create or upload. To print and ship your order, you grant us a limited license to store, render, reproduce and print that content solely to fulfill your order and provide the service.

You confirm that you own or have permission to print everything you submit, and that it doesn’t infringe anyone’s rights or break the law.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Designprint to create, upload or print anything illegal, infringing, deceptive, hateful, or harmful, or anything that violates someone’s privacy or intellectual property.

We may refuse, cancel, or remove any order or content that appears to break these rules, and refund it according to our refund policy.

AI-generated designs

Designs generated with AI are a starting point and may contain errors, placeholder text, or elements you need to change. You’re responsible for reviewing your design before you order.

We don’t guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, unique, or free of third-party rights, and you’re responsible for making sure you have the rights to anything you print.

Using AI assistants and the connector

When you use the Designprint connector inside a third-party AI assistant such as Claude, your use of that assistant is governed by that company’s terms. We’re not affiliated with it and aren’t responsible for it. We only receive the design and order details you choose to send us to print.

Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, including shipping. Payment is processed by Stripe, and your order is confirmed once payment completes.

If a price is obviously wrong because of an error, we may cancel and refund the order rather than honor the incorrect price.

Printing, proofs and variations

We print the design as you approve it at checkout, so please review your size, content and options before paying. Production can begin shortly after.

Slight variations in color, trim and finish are normal in printing and aren’t considered defects.

Shipping and delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we’re not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

You’re responsible for giving us a correct, complete shipping address.

Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund policy: generally a full refund before printing starts, a partial refund once it has, and a full refund or reprint for damaged or defective orders.

Intellectual property

The Designprint name, logo, website and software are ours and protected by law. These terms don’t give you any rights to them beyond using the service. Your content remains yours.

Disclaimers

Designprint is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the extent allowed by law. We don’t warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI-generated results will meet your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Designprint isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnity

You agree to cover us against claims that arise from content you submit or print, or from your misuse of the service.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts, or decline orders, that violate these terms or the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Designprint operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service grows. The version posted here applies to your order at the time you place it, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
